This manual is prepared for citizen charter project designed and developed by Alpas Technology Pvt. Ltd. company

Logging in into the system

You can log in into the system by the link, email, and password provided by the Alpas Technology Team while installing the device at your office.

By clicking on Login Button, you will be logged in into the system.
You will see the dashboard with different menus on the left-side of the screen.

The dashboard will show the number of employees, services, and notices added into the system. Grievance will be added in future.

Employees

By clicking on Employees menu, three sub-menus as Designations, Categories, and Manage Employees will be displayed.

By clicking on designation menu, it will show the number of employees entries.

You can add employees by clicking on the top right side plus button.

To create a new designation, fill the input field with the title and click on the submit button to add the new entry.

Similary, inorder to edit the designation entries, click on the edit details and to deactivate the employees entries, click on the toggle status.

By clicking on category menu, it will show two categories- people's representatives and staff.

Click on the top right side plus button which will display the input field with title and click on submit after filling the input field to create a new entry.

Inorder to edit the category entries, click on the edit details and to deactivate the entries, click on the toggle status.

On clicking manage employee menu,it consist of all the employees

To add new employee click on the top right side plus button.

To create a new employee, fill up the input fields: Designation, Category, Name, Email, Phone number, Room number, and Photo then click on submit button.

Inorder to edit the employee entries, click on the edit details and to deactivate the entries, click on the toggle status.

Services

On clicking service menu, it will show the list of 65 services of the ward.

To add new service click on the top right side plus button.

To create a new service, fill up the input fields: Responsible people, title, description, video, proposal sample, and extra document then click on submit.
